When I feel really down... I get online and search positive quotes and upbeat music. This helps me to get motivated and it elevates my mood. Also journaling is a big part of my life. Music and journaling are my secret weapons :) Also, having a good support system helps!! I love my family and close friends more than words could say! Remember, attitude makes a big difference try to stay positive :)
