there have been people who have told me not to use bipolar as a crutch but there are some times where you must cause you have to let people know that you have it but its not all as bad as they think it is i try to let them know that people with bipolar love, work hard, care, and are good friends but they just have to take medication all the time, its not like they wished for this diease they were just born with it or they aquired it at some point in their lifetime
