Tip Sleep

Until recently I lived on two to fours hours sleep a night. My sleep apnea physician now has me going to sleep at 1 A.M. and getting up at 6A.M. He told me the most important part of proper sleep is getting up at the same time each day. The brain learns sleep as a function of life. I have been following this as asked and feel a lot better. Sleep loss has many detrimental effects on the body. My glucose level is now in the normal range and part of this is from better sleep pattern.
