Tip Use the Mood Chart!!!!

I started using a simple mood calendar between doctor visits. DBSA has a good one, there is also an online tool on the DBSA web site. Marking down my moods every day gave me a chart that showed my mood over a month or more. Having a chart my doctor could look at mae our visits more productive - I could write down questions as they occured to me and I started tracking side effectives - something I had never done before. It helped us make medication changes based on something other than how I felt that day.
