Tip wellness

I am creating a gratitude page about my family members and close friends. I enter 3 positive things about our interactions. They can be very simple, like a genuine smile, hug or thank you. I will also say or do three positive things for each family member. This will create respectful , gentle communication.I think this will calm our home life. So far it is going well, I will stick with it because it's such a great feeling and really doesn't take to much time or energy to do, .
