Tip Meds Management

No one wants to take medication every day just to feel "normal". But for people with mood disorders, it's a necessity. It's important to take all meds as directed every day in order to make progress in recovery. And if something doesn't feel right (i.e. side effects, mood swings) tell your doctor immediately and figure out a new strategy. Adjusting meds on your own or going off them completely could result in more serious consequences than you realize, and frankly, it's not worth the risk.
