Tip How to Get More Sleep

Trying to get more sleep is often easier said than done. Here are some tips for increasing your chances of improving your sleep: • go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time every morning...whether you've slept 8 hours or not; allow your body to get in a pattern. • only SLEEP in your bedroom; pay bills, use your computer, talk on the phone elsewhere in your home. • sleep in as dark a room as possible; it enhances the quality of your sleep. • use progressive relaxation or another form of relaxation to help you fall asleep. These are only four of the many tips available to help you increase your chances of getting a good night's sleep.
