Tip Find something that keeps you around
Find something that you love, that you don't feel guilty about leaving if you were to die. A favorite YouTuber, or TV show, or whatever. Guilt is a huge part of depression, and the guilt of leaving loved ones behind makes depression worse. Instead, use a favorite YouTuber (for example) as a reason to stick around. Tell yourself that you want to stick around for at least one more episode. Then repeat. It will give you a reason to stick around without the guilt.
