Tip Txt it!

If I'm really feeling low it makes me feel a little bit better to send a positive text message to my boyfriend, telling him to have a good day, or that I can't wait to see him, or that he makes me happy. It distracts me from my bad mood and makes me think of someone who makes me happy. It's also easier sometimes for me to express myself through some form other than talking. Try sending a message to someone that makes you happy and it just might help brighten their day and yours' too!
