Tip GET OUT OF BED & GO TO WORK

GET OUT OF BED when the alarm goes off. Do your morning hygiene. Get dressed. Take your meds. Eat some breakfast. Get in the car and GO TO WORK. Do anything possible to help you get out of bed. I need light. We put a very bright light on a timer, turns on & shines in my face abt 15 min before my alarm.
