Tip Cooking

When I start feeling heavy, and worthless, and so on, I haul myself into the kitchen and make something tasty. Not real high calorie, or super rich, because I'll feel too full and lethargic. But something like apple slices with cinnamon, or curry sauce with bits of bread. The intensity of the flavor helps me feel grounded in my body, and the pleasure of it, and the fact that I did something nice for myself cheers me up.
