Tip exercise

walking is a great way for me to clear my mind when my thoughts are gloomy. getting some fresh air and sunlight esp. in the wintrer really helps. I have a s.a.d light but can only use it for 15 minutes a day or it kicks me into mania .(better than being depressed but not for my family.) when Iget manic walking helps me burn off the crazy energy so I can do something productive later on.
