Joining the Facing Us Clubhouse is easy and free! We only need a few things so that we can create an account just for you.

Tip Eating right

Foods with high fiber, low sodium, raw veggies and even some suppliments can help to maintain your over all well being. If your body is healthy your mind can follow suit. Always make sure to get at least 20 minutes of exercise a day, if can be something as simple as walking up and down the stars in five minute intervels a day or taking the whole 20 to go for a walk. Between the two your mind will be able to maintain a better level of mental health. Only you can be responsible for you!
