Tip Create a Plan and Network

Create a plan with a trusted individual, and/or therapist, of warning signs that you might be off. Just because you are complaint in taking medication and everything doesn't mean it can't stop working. Create a network of trusted individuals that know the warning signs, and won't use them as a weapon. These are typically people that will hold you accountable out of love.
